Welcoming Mohamad Fityan to the World Music Faculty We are proud to announce that Mohamad Fityan, acclaimed Syrian-German musician and educator, is now part of our World Music teaching team. Mohamad Fityan is internationally recognized for his mastery of the nay and kawala, and for his deep engagement with cross-cultural musical traditions. His presence enriches our program with new artistic dimensions and global perspectives.
